Steps towards the idealNudity is natural. You were born naked. Being without clothing is the most natural way to be. Your skin will thank you for it; your health will thank you for it; YOU will thank you for it. The skin is smothered in clothing and nakedness enhances all its functions including temperature regulation, sensitivity, perception and awareness.1. Sleep without clothes. Since you will be more relaxed, you will sleep easier and more soundly.2. Get undressed, look at yourself in a full length mirror, and start to love yourself for who you are. The body you have is one of your most precious gifts. Be thankful for it.3. Do housework in the nude.4. Speak openly and normally to your friends about your experience of nudity.5. Have a good friend take some photos of you in the nude and offer to do the same for them. In your photos, you don’t have to try to be sensual or to arouse. You are beautiful just the way you are.6. Invite some friends over and play board games in the nude. The purpose isn’t to entice but simply an act of sharing.7. Find out about nudity laws in your vicinity.8. Inquire about the lifestyle you have now become a part of. Have discussions with others who are already enjoying the benefits of the nude lifestyle. Seek information from as many sources as you can; books, the internet, etc.9. Find out about Naturist facilities in your area. If there are no naturist facilities in your area, you may feel led to get some friends and start one of your own10. You can start a diary and document your feelings, urges and experiences as you progress in your new way of life. You may even start an online blog such as with Blogger.com or a video blog such as with Dailymotion.com that is free and allows nudity.
