In our practice we represent a large number of individuals who have obtained their two-year conditional green card through their United States citizen spouse. Over the past few months we have received many phone calls from individuals who need to file their I-751 application to remove the conditions on their two-year green cards and these individuals are experiencing a lot of problems. Some individuals are divorced from their United States citizen and they are worried that Immigration is going to take away their green card. Some individuals are separated and some have even been abused or abandoned and now they have no idea how to proceed.
