The Minister of Health, Dr. Fenton Ferguson has been elected to the Fellowship of the International College of Dentists
and will be awarded this highest and most prestigious Dental Fellowship with high commendation not only for his contribution to Dentistry but because of highlighting Dentistry through his political position as Minister of Health.
The Inaugural Carl Misch Lecture Series is also set to take place and is to be delivered by Dr Carl Misch.
Dr Carl Misch is a world re-knowned Dental Specialist in the area of implantology who has published over 5 books and over 200 articles in peer –reviewed journals.
The event will take place today Sunday January 5-2014 at 4 p.m. this afternoon, at the Council Room of the University of the West Indies Regional headquarters Mona Jamaica.
