Roger Clarke and Dr Huaixiang Wu, CEO of Pan Caribbean Sugar Company interact after signing the Agreement between Pan-Caribbean and ALLCANE authorising the sale of sugar and molasses by Pan-Caribbean who are owners of Monymusk and Frome Sugar factories.
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Donovan Stanberry (background) also participated in the signing ceremony which took place on Wednesday, January 15 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Hope Gardens.
