Ladies and Gentlemen please be advised that Caribbean people from the Diaspora and other nationalities interested in Caribbean style cooking are welcome to buy the book, as there are many stores overseas that sell the produce cited in the newly revised RADA Cook Book to replicate the recipes in the book, thereby giving you a taste of home(for those of you of Caribbean descent) even while away. There are many new recipes all indigenous to the Caribbean - the book can be purchased by emailing chungm@rada.gov.jm or calling 1-888-ASK-RADA.
