Today Friday December 6, 2013 the National Blood Transfusion Service of Jamaica, will be celebrating 65 years of service.
To mark this milestone they will be having a thanksgiving service.
In conjunction with the Red Cross of Jamaica a re -Launch of Club 25 will be done after which blood donations will be allowed from 10:00 a.m. onwards.
Minister of Health Dr. Fenton Ferguson will bring remarks at the event, which will officially begin at 8:30 a.m.
The activities take place at the National Blood Transfusion Service 21 Slipe Pen Road Kingston Jamaica.
