Carlton Cowell of One Stop Computer in Jamaica hands over an AOC Breeze Tablet/handheld compter to Sicourney Jackson the 14 year old winner of the Autism and Disabilities Ambassadors Competition 2012 - at the Inaugural Autism and Disabilities Banquet last April 28-2012 to celebrate Sicourney Jackson's victory as the 2012 Autism and Disabilities Ambassadors winner this year.

She received her prizes and the MCADF marked four years of existence.

The banquet was fully sponsored by the Wyndham Kingston Jamaica, the hotel of choice to do business, have fun , professional conferences and all types of leisure industry functions.

Sicourney made history as the youngest winner of the yearly competition. She walked away with approximately half a million dollars in prizes from the contest.

She won an AOC Breeze handheld computer from One Stop Computers (OSC), a Compaq Presario laptop from the Golden Child Music Group, the Mavis Bank Coffee Factory Autism and Disabilities Ambassadors CSEC Scholarship, the Super Plus Food Stores Autism and Disabilities CSEC 15-000 dollar scholarship and the Lions Club of Mona Autism and Disabilities Ambassadors Award.

Her victory also netted a new computer for the Queens High School for girls computer lab, to assist with their I.T. syllabus from telecomms provider LIME, and a cash incentive of 5-thousand dollars for her mentor teacher for the competition Miss Moyen Campbell.

The inaugural Autism and Disabilities Banquet fully sponsored by the Wyndham was valued at roughly a quarter of million in investment.

Sicourney plans to be a teacher and has many plans for her year of reigning Ambassador into 2013.
