Wednesday December 4-2013 will see the official launch of the Jamaica Family Planning Association's (JFPA) Standalone Youth Friendly Clinic and Multi-purpose Centre.
Through the support of the German Embassy, the JFPA has established this centre to increase opportunities for young people to access quality sexual and reproductive health services, information, education and counseling.
The launch falls under the auspices of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and will see Leon Gordon Chairman of the Board of the North East Regional Health Authority bringing remarks on behalf of the Ministry of Health.
The event will take place at 11:30 a.m. at the JFPA's head office at 14 King Street in St. Ann's Bay.
