ATLANTA — Jamaican-born opposite hitter Aiko Jones has been selected to the Major League Volleyball (MLV) 2026 All-Star Roster marking a significant milestone in her professional career and a proud moment for Jamaican volleyball. The All-Star selections were determined through a combination of fan voting, player input, and league selection, recognizing athletes who have delivered exceptional performances and made a significant impact this year.

Jones, who represents the Atlanta Vibe, has been one of the league’s most consistent offensive performers this season. Her selection comes on the back of a series of standout performances in recent weeks, including a career-high 24 kills against the Grand Rapids Rise and a team-leading 15-kill showing against the Dallas Pulse.

The All-Star recognition highlights Jones’ growing impact in the league, where she has established herself as a primary attacking option and one of the most dynamic right-side hitters in the competition.

The 2026 All-Star Match is scheduled for Saturday, March 28 at 12:00 p.m. ET at Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida, and will be broadcast live on CBS, with streaming available on Paramount+. The showcase will bring together the league’s top performers in a high-energy event celebrating the growth and talent of professional volleyball.

A former student of Wolmer's Girls' School, and a product of the UWI Volleyball Club, she has steadily progressed from local competition to the international stage. She also represented the Jamaica Women's National Volleyball Team, and now stands among the elite players in one of the sport’s fastest-growing professional leagues.

Her All-Star selection not only recognizes her individual excellence but also signals the increasing presence of Caribbean athletes in global volleyball.

Jones is expected to play a key role in Saturday’s showcase as fans and analysts alike look forward to seeing the league’s top talent on display.
