David Letterman’s admission that he slept with some of his female staffers may seem ridiculous to some, but it draws attention to one of the perennial problems at the workplace – the workplace romance.
Companies try to ban romantic liaisons between members of their staff. Often the ban on office romances is included as violation in the Code of Ethics, and can be grounds for dismissal. However, often the power of attraction between the opposite sexes overcomes the risks of being caught, and these romantic liaisons continue unabated. What are your thoughts? Tabooed or permissible?
