Activision not attracted to social, iPhone games

Despite the incessant popularity with the iPhone/iPod Touch gaming market along with the global phenomenon that is certainly social gaming, Activision CEO Robert Kotick says he isn't interested in enjoying those gaming sectors. Kotick and Activision aren't able to play FarmVille.
Speaking with Reuters recently, Kotick said Apple's App Store isn't a place best suited for "dedicated gamers." "We don't see the App Store as an extremely big chance dedicated games," he stated. He continued to say, based on Reuters, that purchasing games for Warmane Gold tablet devices, including Apple's iPad, is just not in Activision's immediate future. However, Kotick did say it might become a course of action for your publisher someday.
